Event Management

I was in charge of planning and managing an event at a national children’s health fair in Singapore, expecting more than 3000 guests over the event duration of three days. This included the concept for the entire booth, promotional material, the planning of children’s activities, administrative work as well as an analyzing report at the end of the event. I developed a concept, created design briefs, prototyped games and activities, and advised guests on the offered products. The event was a success by increasing brand awareness, building the social media community, and gaining a better understanding of the customers.
